Stores the Resource with optional arguments

Parameters:

resource - the Resource to store

arguments - optional arguments associated with the operation

Returns:

the URI associated with the Resource

Throws:

ResourceNotSupportedException

Stores the Resource using the supplied id and optional arguments

Parameters:

resource - the Resource to store

id - the id with which to identify the Resource

arguments - optional arguments associated with the operation

Returns:

the URI associated with the Resource

ResourceNotSupportedException

Deletes the Resource.

Parameters:

uri - the URI to obtain the Resource
